Answer

You can complete an online form in order to obtain SCONUL access. Once this has been approved by your own Library, you will receive an email which you can print out and take to the other libraries that you wish to use. There is a list of libraries which participate in the SCONUL scheme if you would like to check whether your own institution takes part in the scheme.

Further information on membership can be found here: http://libguides.ioe.ac.uk/c.php?g=482424&p=3298575
