HESA (the Higher Education Statistics Agency) publishes yearly statistics on the activities of UK universities.

Recent issues (2009/10 onwards) of these datasets are available via UCL Databases, under the letter H (for HESA), and you will need your UCL username and password to access them.

Older datasets are freely available on the HESA website.
