Answer

EThOS is a web resource which provides free access to the full text of many UK doctoral theses.
Go to the EThOS website and search for the thesis you want. If it is available online you'll be able to order and download it straightaway. In order to request and download a thesis you need to first register with EThOS.  If a thesis has not been digitised, you will be able to order it online.
Usually there is no charge to the user, but if it's not available and you are asked to pay yourself please contact the Interlibrary Loans service first.
