Answer

It is possible to do this via the UCL Explore, but be aware that you will be searching on title and subject index fields only (it won't search the abstract or full text of the dissertation).

To do this:

1)      Go to UCL Explore

2)      Type in name of country of interest in the keyword field

2)      Filter on ‘Dissertations’ from the "Type" menu (left hand side)

If you are interested in dissertations and theses beyond IOE, including international theses and dissertations, see  our Theses and Dissertations LibGuide for information and help.  You may also find OpenDOAR worth looking at - (it's essentially a listing of open access repositories around the world, and many institutions make their dissertations and theses electronically available via their institutional repositories.
