Q

Why, when I am downloading a book from Dawsonera do I get a message saying 'Your download will begin shortly' - I click OK and then nothing happens?

Answer

There is currently a bug in the system that means that when you click on 'OK' at this point, the system cancels the download!  We have been in touch with Dawsonera who are working on the problem.   In the meantime, when you get that message DON'T click on OK - just wait and at the bottom of the screen you will get the option to OPEN, SAVE or SAVE AS.

Apologies for the inconvenience this is causing.  For further help on finding, using and accessing ebooks, see our Ebook LibGuide here: http://libguides.ioe.ac.uk/ebooks
