Academic Support During COVID-19 

IOE Library is closed. Staff are doing our utmost to provide the necessary services and support that our students and staff require.  During this period, where teaching and access to resources and services is taking place remotely, we are implementing as many services as possible via the online platforms at our disposal.  

Here are some of the key ways of getting what you need: 

I have a general Library-related question about services and facilities.  

I have an in-depth question/problem related to research, using UCL Explore and databases, or referencing.

You can email us your questions to library@ucl.ac.uk.  

I want to speak to a Librarian and/or arrange a remote one-to-one for support.  

You can complete the appointment request form and we will be in touch to arrange an appointment.

I want to find books, journal articles and other research.  

I want to manage my Library account. 

You can use, and search, UCL Explore

I want to find and search a database.

I want to find an answer to (what might be) a previously-asked question.
