The .CSL file at the bottom of this page http://libguides.ioe.ac.uk/c.php?g=482226&p=3298071 was tweaked to meet the needs of the IOE House Style with Zotero. It's not perfect and a bit fiddly to achieve but you may find it useful as a starting point. Instructions on how/where to save the file are included on the page.
